Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

 

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

 

No Refunds After Billing

 

Once a billing cycle has been processed and payment has been charged, that order is non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for subscription charges that have already been billed.

 

How to Cancel

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will take effect immediately and you will not be charged going forward. To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription from your order confirmation email, or contact us directly at support.

 

Pre-orders

 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet in stock. You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
