How long does it take to see results?
Most customers begin noticing changes within 3–7 days of starting Paracleanse or the Detox Kit — such as increased bowel activity, reduced bloating, and improved energy. For hormonal products like Femme Fire and SoulJah, most customers notice meaningful changes within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Results vary based on individual health, diet, and consistency.
Can I take more than one product at the same time?
Yes! Many customers stack products for enhanced results. Common combinations include: Paracleanse + Mineral Restoration (cleanse then replenish), Femme Fire + Paracleanse (gut-hormone reset), and SoulJah + Brain & Nerve Revive (men's performance stack). We recommend starting with one product for 7–14 days before adding a second.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Immune Plus products are 100% plant-based, vegan, Non-GMO, and gluten-free. We do not test on animals. Our herbs are wildcrafted or organic and handcrafted in small batches.
Where are your products made?
Our products are formulated in Barbados and the USA, drawing on generations of Caribbean herbal healing traditions. We ship from both Barbados and Miami, FL.
Health & Safety Questions
Is this safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
We do not recommend our detox or herbal supplement products for pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior consultation with your healthcare provider. Some herbs in our formulas (like Wormwood, Cascara, and Vitex) may not be appropriate during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before use.
Can I take these products if I'm on medication?
If you are currently taking prescription medications — especially blood thinners, hormone therapy, or immunosuppressants — please consult your healthcare provider before starting any of our herbal supplements. Nattokinase (in Paracleanse) may interact with blood-thinning medications.
Are these products suitable for children?
Our products are formulated for adults ages 18 and above. We do not recommend them for children or teenagers without medical supervision.
Do I need to change my diet while taking these products?
You don't have to, but it helps. During a detox cleanse (Paracleanse or Detox Kit), we recommend: drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day, reducing processed foods and alcohol, and eating more fruits, vegetables, and fiber-rich foods. This supports the cleansing process and helps you feel results faster.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are: USA: 3–7 business days | Barbados: 2–5 business days | Canada: 7–14 business days | Other international: 10–21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD to the USA, Barbados, and Canada.
Do you ship to the Caribbean?

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on supplement products, as we cannot restock opened health products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right — Send us a message via email or WhatsApp at +1-246-249-8037.
What if the product doesn't work for me?
We stand behind our formulas. If you've completed a full course (14–30 days) consistently and haven't experienced any benefit, contact us. We'll work with you to find the right product for your needs or offer store credit toward a different product.
