My body around my stomach feels lighter, I have a regular bowl movement and I have notice my stomach looking flatter I feel energised and notice I have much less muscus build up in my throat and chest, my sinus are not dripping.

So far, I've noticed a couple of things: My bowel movements are regularising😌 and they happen without a struggle lol (constipation was a serious issue for me) I have only been bloated ONCE since I've started the Kit!,that discomfort didn't last long. > My sugar cravings are significantly less, I have PCOS and craving sweet things is a daily struggle for me. > Energy level is on the mend. The "heaviness" in my body is almost gone. I love how light my body feels and I've only been doing this for 9 days I cannot wait to see what my skin/body will look and how much better I'd feel when my Kit is done. Having a body that usually works against itself ,experiencing it normalizing, is such a good feeling. I'm going back on my fitness regime shortly🙃,take full advantage of this goodness🥹.
