I had been on the Depo provera shot for a few years and my last scheduled shot was due on November 14th, 2025. By late February into early March, I still wasn’t seeing any signs of my cycle returning and honestly, I was getting frustrated. I went to the doctor and was prescribed another birth control that was supposed to help balance my hormones, but it required three repeats. After only using one sachet, I decided to stop. Around that time, I kept seeing Femme Fire all over Instagram and decided to give it a try. I started taking it every morning on an empty stomach at the same time daily, and I genuinely noticed a difference. Before I even finished the last six pills, my cycle finally returned. For me, Femme Fire was definitely worth trying and I’m really happy with the results.
I feel like a new person every single day. Like a new level of me has been unlocked lol.
I take them every morning religiously and noticed a change appetite wise I don’t snack nearly as much. My last two periods were a breeze pain and mood swing wise. 10/10

My cycle is due this week and usually before that i get irritated, moody, bloated etc sometimes and my breasts hurt a lot but since taking them i do notice that I'm not as bloated, breasts don't hurt as much etc. When my cycle comes will see how they treat me.
While taking femme fire I've noticed an increase in my energy levels and I'm not as moody as I use to be, I'm much more relaxed.
